SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Welcome to Kowoli (kowoli.co). Thank you for supporting the pre-order launch of Michael A'dan. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and digital fulfillment methods.

1. DIGITAL FULFILLMENT
Digital products (including "The Digital Spark" edition and instant-access digital passes) do not incur physical shipping charges.
• Instant Access Items: Digital items granted as immediate perks are sent straight to your provided email address immediately upon purchase confirmation.
• Launch-Day Deliveries: Full master ebook editions are securely handled and distributed on official launch day via BookFunnel. Please ensure your email address is spelled correctly at checkout.

2. PHYSICAL SHIPPING & PROCESSING (PRE-ORDERS)
Because "Michael A'dan" is currently in a pre-order launch phase, physical items ("The Standard Chronicler" paperback and "The Mythic Bundle" autographed collection) will be produced and shipped to coincide with the official release.
• Processing Window: Once physical production begins, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our fulfillment team to safely package and print tracking labels for your order.
• Autographed Items: "The Mythic Bundle" tiers require additional handling time for personal signing and gold-ink execution by the author.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DESTINATIONS
We ship across North America (Canada and the United States) as well as select international destinations.
• Standard Shipping: Shipping fees for physical paperback editions are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your exact delivery address and carrier rates.
• Free Tracked Shipping: We offer Free Tracked Shipping across North America as an exclusive reward for orders of $44.00 USD and above (applicable to "The Mythic Bundle"). This discount is applied automatically at checkout when the pricing threshold is met.

4. TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your physical package is scanned into the carrier system, a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number will be automatically sent to you. 
• Estimated transit times within North America typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Kowoli is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local import taxes incurred during international transit.
